This is where the aurora"s are generated: mesosphere, stratosphere (this is where the ozone layer is, troposphere (closest to earth), this is where weather occurs. Most abundant gasses in earth"s atmosphere are nitrogen (78%), oxygen (21%), & co2 (0. 03%) Solar particles accelerating because of spiralling along earths magnetic eld slam into the particles in the ionosphere. These charged particles crash into our nitrogen and oxygen in our atmosphere.
