And if this diet is efficiently varied in the kinds which provides fresh fruits and vegetables, then automatically we will be eating adequate amounts of micronutrients, so we don"t need to worry about micronutrient deficiencies. Some people has particular conditions that require vitamin supplements. People that have the opportunity to choose healthy foods and adequate amounts, then you don"t need the supplements for the most part. There is one exception which is vitamin d, most of the medical authorities insist that survey show that most of the population even in rich countries today, have the tendency to suffer from vitamin.
