Privacy and the law september 29 th, 2016. Our concept of private of privacy is not so in tuned with the law, the law can"t keep up. It is the knowledge that you are a sexual creature. Very little left to the imagination( plp peed in the public) Women body: proper women did to imply that they were naked underneath in the showering machines sued to shower in the river. The greek male naked boy was the image of health and virtitility, self-control and restraint. Women on the other hand rarely portrayed full nudity. Heavily sexualized, shows the danger of women"s sexuality. See sections 172-175 of the criminal code which pertains to sexuality and nudity esp. 173 which pertains to indecent act and 174 which pertains nudity. The knock and enter rule respects the rights to the individuals and reduces the risk to the police officers however police officers have increasingly applied the no-knock warrant.
