My career ambitions in no particular order include; physiotherapy, paramedic or detective. Aside from my studies, i currently work part time as a computer sales associate at best buy. I currently live at home with my parents and siblings. )"m the youngest amongst my siblings (cid:523)older sister and brother). I find that stress consumes much of my time and usually leads to a path of anger and frustration in my life. Often my stressors are school and work related. The other major stressor in my life would have to be my family at times. By taking this course i hope to get more than a 3 credits out of it. I hope to learn how to better coupe and manage stress.
