To teach general public about why exercise is good for you. But you need to know more than that. you need to know it to 2-3 levels above general public so you could explain its benefits better. Typical problem in our society is risk diseases. Cardiovascular diseases: what makes you to be at risk for this disease. Historical risk factors vs transition of risk factors as how we classify them now. Risk factors were classified as primary or secondary. If we change this one alone from being inactive to more active. If we can turn this one around we will have big impact on other risk factors indirectly.
