So here"s a situation where two organ systems which are completely different (one you associate with urine, the other you associate with air) they both do the same thing. 4)-the reason we can speak and communicate with each other is because air passes over our vocal cords, without being able to breathe in and out you can"t communicate. Lungs and kidney do the same thing (communicate with one another) The lungs remove second messenger (ways of one area of the body to communicate to the other)-produced in one spot, communicates in another spot. 5)-few other things our respirator system does; it maintains our air quality, it filters the air, warms the air, and moistens the air (we need our air to be warm and moist in order to function properly)
