There are over 200 different types of cancer that effect different tissues/organs in the body. Stages are determined by size of the tumor. Early detection/treatment and prevention are ways to eliminate cancer: advanced imaging (x-ray, ct, mri) Light skin/eyes/hair and freckles are sign of skin cancer. Exercise is safe for all types of cancer: genetic mutation at the dna level, abnormal cell proliferation, tumor formation, metastasis. Cancer cells: don"t die when they"re supposed to, don"t stick together well, don"t specialize into mature cells. Fix mutations within the cell before they have a chance to be passed on via cell division. Stop cell growth and control cell death (apoptosis) 50% of cancers believed to be related to missing/damaged tumor. Accelerate cell growth and encourage cell proliferation. One first-degree female relative (sister, mother, daughter) diagnosed with breast cancer, your risk is doubled. Two first-degree relatives have been diagnosed, your risk is 5 times higher than average.
