C. difficile: in human feces and can spread through blood stream. Vre: found in intestines and female genital tract. The syndrome causes the death (based on where it likes to live: pathogens cause syndromes, pathogens can enter body through ocular, respiratory, orally, or urogenital/rectal, viruses named after h"s and n"s. H defines out shell of virus that determines how it gets into body. N defines how the virus leaves the body. Uses host to replicate dna/rna to reproduce. Protein coat protects virus and makes it difficult to get rid of: bacteria hosted by animals and plants and affects entire organism. Structure is very complicated, has every organelle for reproduction, just: ex; viruses: zita, influenza, ebola, measles, hepatitis, herpes. Parasites: ex; sars spread through water droplet and causes lung disease, single celled organism that transmits viruses, ex; malaria caused by single-celles parasites (plasmodium) which transmitted by mosquitoes.
