It was pulled off the market due it"s severe side effects that it had on those with chronic diseases with increased risk of heart disease. Had side effects like pulmonary hypertension which lead to risky heart surgeries. The issue was that it flooded the brain with serotonin to the pi. Mostly used for cosmetic reasons to create the smoother look of skin. Suction cannula is moved back and forth in fat layer. Laser is used to liquefy the fat before it is suctioned away. Laser can also seal damaged blood vessels to reduce bruising and swelling. Less invasive, damage and recovery time than traditional liposuction.
