And if you read your statement and it"s not an answer to your question, it"s not good. Don"t make it too obvious or something that nobody would disagree on because why waste time. Children in law, children in media, children in popular culture are popular themes and possibly exam essays. When children end in court, it"s usually through a proxy. These traits are not consistent with the best interests of the child. In 1985, they used the test of what is in the best interest of the child and gender stereotyping was reduced in these situation to determine which parent received custody. Children are seen as an object as opposed to a subject in divorce. Those involved with law totally ignore the most important subject at court which is the child.
