How the test will be: (aside from beginning sharply at 9:45 next week) In section one i will ask that you define and present an example of five grammatical elements, selected from a list of seven or eight. Both the definition and the example will be graded. In section two i will ask that you examine a sample passage in which a certain number of errors have been planted. I ask that you identify the error, name it or describe why it is an error, and offer a correction. I will probably plant twelve and expect that you find, identify, and correct ten, but i haven"t concluded on it at this writing. What we have here is an article, and noun, and a prepositional phrase active adjectivally.
