What needs to be built to support it. If its to be of any use, (technology) must fit into a pattern of activity which belongs to a particular lifestyle and set of values any technology that we talk about has to fit in culturally. Cultural issues will determine what type of technology is best suited for an area. (man powered ferris wheel in india is more culturally economic for that society than a mechanically powered ferris wheel is)
