In the case of psychoactive drugs, they must reach the brain. Oral administration go to stomach (20-30 minutes), then bloodstream goes to liver, then right side of heart, lungs, left side of heart, then brain. Inhalation goes to lungs, then left side of heart, then brain. Iv right side of heart, lungs, left side of heart, brain.
