Statement of financial position o reports assets (resources owned), liabilities (amounts owed), and shareholder equity during a period accounts payable, taxes payable, bonds payable, etc. earnings. Listed in order of liquidity (easiest to conv. to cash) Listed in order of urgency (how soon they are paid)
