Doesn"t happen to all kinds of neruons at once,it starts at sensory and motor arrears first and then prefrontal cortex (impulse control, thinking, decision making) last. Certain places take babies that have been abandonded where the only care they get is for feeding and changing and that"s it and its often a different person each time. In these enviornments the brains of these kids: Not surprisingly kids raised in this setting have lifelong social and cognitive impairments.
