Document Summary
Q: a real estate agent showed john a picture of lakefront property over and over while they ate a delicious meal. Later when john was given a tour of the property, he drooled with delight. Music played as they rated attractiveness of male photos. Value of ratings are affected by the type of music. *however the neutral and positive music aren"t that much different, the negative music is what makes the difference between t he music. Music in fast food restaurant --> positive for 15 minutes, and then negative to make you leave. Curve that goes downward overtime, things get faster. Negatively accelerated (bigger changes in the beginning than at the end, as if approaching asymptotes at the bottom) More learning going on at the beginning than at the end. Pavlov --> ring bell, and then give dog food. Ring bell and give food to dog at the exact same time.
