Every man owns the labour of his body (slavery is an issue here) Every human has property in his own person i. ii. No other person has right to it but himself. Modern example: abortions - females right to decide (labour of her own body) c. Right to take but not to hoard (b/c things will spoil) i. This doesn"t increase the common stock of man kind - violating son (good will + mutual reciprocity)
