Judgement involves not thinking abstractly, but also to remove oneself from the practical world. Our ability to judge adequate doesn"t always have the tool of a universal principle to guide us a long. No rules on the right way to judge. 49, thinking is a precondition for judgement (this is not something philosophers do, it"s something we all do) One silences the other and reduces them to something they are not. We can avoid all that media polus remains a source where we can figure out what is right or wrong. Self representation and articulation in the public, if the other can"t endorse the reason then they are private reasons and cannot be public reason. If the other cant consent (universalize) your actions, then they can"t benefit anyone but yourself. Agent is obligated to act in such a way because they are bounded by rights. Rights freedom of expression toleration of expression may need only noninterference.
