Yellow badge workers mostly people of colour and specialize in the digitizing of information. Industrial vs. digital labour in terms of class. Goog;e search algorithm based on user behavior. Capital owns the platform the software, the algorithm and the data analytics. In lean platforms workers are regarded as independent contractors rather than employees. No benefits/holidays, overtime, sick days, pensions and other costs.
