A statement of what the employee is expected to do, acceptable level of performance and conditions. Resources needed to carry out the desired performance i. e. upon completion of the course, the student will be able to supervise employees in the assembly of vehicles under conditions of physical stress. In developing training programs, it is important to consider physical fidelity and psychological fidelity.
