Exercise identity scale: role identity, 3 items, extent to which exercise has been incorporated into one"s identity, eg. "when i describe myself to others, i usually include my exercise involvement: rated on a 7-point scale, 1 strongly disagree, 7strongly agree, higher scores = greater identity.
