There are various definitions in talking about this. Key terms for ehealth for the government of canada: administration and health care delivery. Having a detached health care system is really costly. We have to keep going from point a to point b and possibly just keep getting the same diagnosis. It is difficult to connect hc providers. When there is a lack of consistency, it is a problem for research world. Ehealth is growing so rapidly and there is no consultation occurring between different programs and so issues rise of miscommunication and a disconnect. Health in our hands = using ehealth technologies to monitor, track, and inform health. Smart phone or smart watch (monitoring bp and take that info to a gp or emergency medicine doctor) Interacting for health = using digital technologies to enable health communications among practitioners and between health professionals and clients or patients.
