Accessory glands: produce bulk of semen, secretions aid motility of sperm, provide nutrients three, seminal vesicles outside vas deferens, bulbourethral glands outside membranous urthera below prostate gland, prostate gland. Seminal vesicles: posterior wall of bladder, separated from rectum by rectovesical pouch, secretions account for 60% of semen, duct of seminal vesicle along with ampulla joins ejaculatory duct. Liquefying agent: role in activating sperm, helps sperm motility.
