Planning models are a tool that help to represent and visualize information in the planning process. **this process helps highlight possible design problems at an early stage. Interventions are often part of bigger, multi-level program. Monitoring is the ongoing process of tracking what"s going on in an intervention, where evaluation tends to happen at particular points in the project. Precede is an acronym for predisposing, reinforcing, and enabling constructs in educational/ecological diagnosis and evaluation. Also means before, this is the first half of the intervention. Proceed is an acronym for policy, regulatory and organizational constructs in educational and environmental development. This is the second half of the intervention, the implementation of it. Identify the determinants of the health problem, the context in which they operate, and the population groups affected: assess the risks and benefits posed by each determinant/identify what to address. Key tasks in planning health promotion interventions: defining the need for the intervention.
