This gave hitler the opportunity to implement the program that he has wanted to for a while. Karl brandt is dispatched to this hospital and is given permission from. Hitler to kill it if it is as bad as the father says it is. We are not quite sure who it was that murdered the child may have been the head of the hospital. Once this precedent is set many others can follow.
