Recovery is not linear, while there are often not enough resources for people. Many medications are also not covered by insurance and can be very expensive. The rates of students in mental health crises have grown exponentially over the last decade, sometimes doubling each year. Of young canadians will experience mental illness during their time at school. Singal explains that when you unpack these claims, there is a lot less there than meets the eye - the question of mental health is extremely complex. We must consider the source of these warnings, and many alarm bells are being run by counselor officers on campus - these reports are always worse every time you ask a counselor. The anxiety data was taken at the highest economic crisis of our lifetime in 2008. Many numbers could paint a story that shows that destigmatizing efforts are working, and more people are going to receive support.
