There was a lot of description in the exam. Macro: you have the meaco issue of whether, how, and why the state gets to regulate this particular issue. When she says analyze, you have to do more than that. So if you say why should the state regulate interrelationships, that is half. However, then you have to say how this might change the relationship between law and morality. You could speculate around religious marriage for example, and so on. Meso: it has to do with interpersonal relationships. So how does the law shape how people treat one another. But you also have to analyze what this would do. Hange so if the law recognizes non0manogonous relationships, this could change commitment norms. Micro: a micro issue is not how someone is treated, but how they see themselves. So if the law recognized that there were trans people, then trans people might feel better about their gender expression or their gender identity.
