It is not a topical sort of class it is not a substantive topic that you are doing it is technique that you are learning critically thinking about the design and technique and interpretation of it etc. The textbook is the second edition of the fundamentals of social research (earl babbie and lucia benaquisto), you will be responsible for the material available for the second edition.
