Some collecive acions are rouine and others are non rouine . Rouine collecive acion tends to be nonviolent and follow established paterns of behaviour in bureaucraic social structures. Non rouine: collecive acion tends to be short lived and someimes violent mob riot, panic. Something may start as non rouine and turn rouine because of the strive to create change. Three centuries ago social movements typically were small localized and violent.
