Document Summary

First test of year is on november 9th. Test covers everything from first day to readings from next week. Look at glossary, introduction and conclusion of chapter and information within it. Looking at how individuals are brought together within larger configurations of people. The mezzo structure, mezzo is between micro and macro, between face to face aka one on one and in groups, groups of around 6-10 that you belong to in life. Another way of putting it: who do we mean when we say all of us , we demand , and we would agree . Social groups-a collection of two or more people who interact frequently with one another and share a sense of belonging. Can also say they are composed of set of people who identify with one another, and adhere to defined norms, roles, or statuses. Examples: members of a family, sports team, or college. Every norm and group has a bunch of expectations.
