Parking garage on st. andrew heavily divided community: Some said it saved the market (allowed tourists to park, so they could come here) but others didn"t like it. Had agreement with the loft (which includes the parking lot), which stated that it had to provide community housing on its upper oors in order for community to accept it. Local resident walking his dog, in his 40"s; seemed rather leisurely, had hat and sunglasses on; extremely enthusiastic about answering the questions, not afraid to give his own opinion. A shame that no one is investing in the area. All for it; modernization is inevitable, and is bene cial to the area in the long run (what caused the building of the lofts and the parking lots?)
