The process by which behaviour changes as a result of experience is called learning. Learning is key to both behavioural & social learning perspectives. Began with john watson"s 1913, psychology as the behaviourist views it . Argued the focus of psychology should be overt behaviour. Behaviour that can be observed, measured, predicted & controlled by scientists. At the same time, other researchers were exploring conditioning (learning) Personality is the end product of our habit systems . Personality is the sum total of everything you do, i. e. , all of your behaviour.
