Document Summary
Hard time engaging in activities we know are good for us. For the most part - we live positive lives; these moments are giving us feedback, with rewards/ punishments, feeding into our core beliefs - we are programmed. On the other hand we receive negative feedback which is really important: Amydala (fear, emotions) strengthen the power of the hippocampus to make the memory consolidate more. In general we are okay, but carry around a vulnerability (shadows, blind spots) Negativities have a huge impact on the formation of personality. Much functioning of the person is potentially driven by a small fraction of the person"s whole personality (the speci c de ciencies) Ef cacy (or lack thereof) can hold you back. Most of the time, we will be positively oriented; when our issues aren"t activated (e. g. sitting in lecture) Hearing information that is potentially transformative, it usually goes over our heads because we are mostly okay.
