Document Summary
Most people are convinced that as long as they are not overtly forced to do something by an outside power, their decisions are theirs and that id they want something, it is they that wants is. Projection (jung and shadow) freud agrees: see and project undesirable qualities in others. Interpretive use of projection more carefully: tool of getting into unconscious, seeing how person constructs their social reality is a window into their unconscious. Considering things through rational eye, contemplating what"s going on with you. It feels like you are addressing the issue (feels like opposite of denial and displacement). People often say yes i"m over that and they can talk to you about it. You are acknowledging these realities and you are acknowledging them only intellectually (e. g. story or analytic insight of someone else). What is missing is the attachment to you, this is your heart break, your fear.
