Climate change (effects of) human interaction/activity: changes/destructions to environment/habitat so that species can"t live there anymore. Care = day-to-day things the facilities are doing i. e. , feeding animals, taking care of them, making sure that all their needs (food, water, clean water to splash around) are taken care of. Welfare = ok overall includes emotional and mental states of the animals. Contaminating seals contaminates people at the same time: high mercury levels in various species of whale meat sold in japanese markets, ongoing controversy, caring of marine mammals in captivity. Include the requirements at national, regional, and local levels. Ex. plastic bag on a beak of a dolphin is dangerous if it ends up swallowing it: pollutants divided into numerous types, heavy metals (mercury, lead, cadmium, etc. ) Could be produced from natural events, such as volcanoes, which release a lot of different block compositions, thereby leading to the release of many heavy metals: organochlorines (ddts)
