South tower collapsed at 9;59 and noth tower collapsed half an hour later. Either escaped completely and did not need medical attention or died. Bridges and tunnels in mahatton were closed for atleast a month. President bush barely squeeked into presidency and ppl believed he wasent a legitimate president. Countries around the world dstarted to follow us foreighn policy like never before. Under the constitution decisions regarding how much military to use agaist the terrorist was for the president to decide. By 911 the power of the president increased largely.
