The total kcalories consumed by someone who ate the following: carbohydrates: 300gm, fat (lipids): 60gm, protein: 2100 kcal; carbs; 300g x 4 kcal/g = 1200 kcal; fat 60g x 9 kcal/g = 540 kcal; protein: 90g x 4 kcal/g = 360 kcal total: 2100 kcal.
