More then 14 million people in russia were mobilized during the war. Increasingly taking more responsibilities in russia: crazy man. 2: concerned with what was happening with the strike, tsar was away, the duma that he tried to dissolve therefore met, elected a provisional committee to restore order in russia. 2: tried to give throne to brother, who refused, ended 300 year reign of the romanov dynasty.
