Legal pluralism; situation in which two or more legal systems co-exist in the same area. Never really just one legal system operating at a given place. Unwritten rules; legal pluralist consider this to be laws. Our behaviour is not only governed by formal government. Never just one set of rule that governs behaviour in a particular place; always interaction. Hard to force a new legal system on another culture; because there were many informal ways of regulating behaviour. Legal pluralism demonstrates that justice systems of always changing. All matters that can be brought about the court; procedures; and punishments.
