Explaining language is problematic for nn but for gofai, skill knowledge was problematic (which is what nn provide good explanation for (thing about beliefs) Importance of skillful action & interaction with the world. Insight = skillful action as opposed to propositional change in belief. Now 3:38pm: nn are good at picking up on multiple simultaneous constraints which are interacting with each other eg. walking and talking and throwing water bottle up in the air. This is difficult for gofai; (the cat, b/c if you run this inferentially it wouldn"t work and reading would be impossible)
