It is not an activity or an aspiration. Three schedules must be produced: set of tasks, resources, costs. The gannt chart is an example of what a schedule looks like: includes task, duration, predecessors and resource names, can be created using microsoft project. Short duration: if the duration is too long you won"t know when it"s done. Description of task: must properly discuss the task for others to understand, communication is crucial. A point in a project when an activity or group of related activities is complete, or: funding point, major change in nature of activities. Project instructions may also be changed: build five floors instead of the previously instructed ten . What you need to make the project happen.
