Psychologists look at aggression in one of two ways: looking at aggression in so called normal folks or looking at aggression in criminals. There can be acts that are aggressive but not criminal and criminal acts that are not aggressive, so not talking about same thing when talking about aggression and crime. Expressive aggression: non-physical aggression where somebody shouts at you or curses/mocks you for example. Response to anger-inducing conditions: less thought out and more of an emotional response.
