Starts off by showing a bunch of pictures: the point was that we all experience an emotion when we see the pictures, but the nature of that experience was shaped by different things like your mood. It could have been shaped by cultural upbringing in which case a pizza with bugs might not be as bad as we think. The picture of the kid being taken away from his mom, we react based on why he is being taken away which shows a cognitive aspect of emotions. Emotions also influence our behaviors, so when we experience an emotion it might cause us to act a certain way. When we get disgusted we want to get away from the certain thing that is causing it, if we feel fear then we move away from that. So emotions influence behavior, judgment and perception of the world.
