Radiant energy is electromagnetic in the field in our earth. Radiant is important because it is the source of all light on earth. The sun is giving the plant radio energy. The exceptions is there are some fields who doesn"t use radio energy to use light parse but instead they take the light in the form of heat. The bonds holding the atoms together has potential energy and potential energy is what is needed for molecular order. Heat is measured in joules and is different in temperature. Temperature in one hands calculates the amount of heat in a object. Heat is the random mechanical energy in the object. The first law of thermodynamic says that energy cannot be created or destroyed, only transformed from one form to another. heat energy animals transform chemical energy into other type of energy. They may transform it into kinetic and h. Transformation of chemical energy into any type of energy releases heat always.
