Phylogeneic tree is used to build using this principle. Monophyleic taxa is the only taxa that is used in classiicaion. Monophyleic taxon is one that includes one ancestral taxon and all of its descendent. Cladograms are phylogeneic tree made up of clades. It can alter its surface protein to evade your immune system therefore you can have chronic or recurrent infecions. It is transmited through a ly called tsetse ly, paricularly in africa. Can cross the blood brain barrier and adapt to that place in your body.
