Policy- oriented scientists, the environmental movement, the mass media, and respected organizations discover and promote the issues. People connect real- life events to the information learned from these groups. You can"t rely on the market for this crap bc it can cause environmental damage. Pace of change is too slow. Energy saving tech - ex. Learning in grade school to recycle. Subsidize green industry in developing nations.
