Over the years, we"ve been harming our planet, not that big of a deal. Over time, harming the planet like that has been adding up and the effects are coming up now. We are unsustainable, going to destroy the earth in a couple generations. Sustainability: the ability for things to keep going, to sustain themselves now, in the future and forever. Only some countries were taking action, while others did nothing. Unabated consumption, regulatory compliance and legislation, eco-management, full interrogation of business strategies. We are all doing bad things, which contribute to the whole unsustainable, for example the merchandise that we all buy. Many situations where we cause harm and its irreversible. Farmers will do it if they can make more money, with out capitalism they have no incentive.
