Significant: pathology service and anthropologists processes scene, to exhume and further examine body . Fire and hear damage: arson, clandestine cremations, accidental fires. Destruction or lack of soft tissue evidence and dna recovery is not possible. Investigative: 86% victims know their killers and homicides are rarely solved if victim is unknown.
