Underemployed people are people who are working lower skilled jobs or fewer hours than they want to. Full employment is the rate of employment if the economy is operating at capacity. Frictional unemployment is a short-term unemployment that arises from matching workers with jobs. Structural unemployment- unemployment that arises from a persistent mismatch between the skills of workers and the skills needed for jobs.
