Group of five, create a visual text (ad, commercial, magazine cover, video game prototype, online profile, music video, app) - 20% Do not do denotation, connotation, myth - not a thesis-based argument. 5 minutes - everyone in the group must speak, and there must be time left for. Use three semiotic concepts used in course. Topic needs to be approved by professor or ta, also come back (give rough idea of the direction) to make sure you are in the right direction. Mark your visual text to the audience. You can write it with the entire group (5), two, or three. Write an essay that supports the visual text you create and presents a clear thesis statement, include the semiotic concepts from presentation and scholarly sources.
